The Bath-os
The Death of Saturn, was a beautiful thing,
when everything he owned, was signed back to Atum.
This piece symbolises rebirth and the end of the Age of Pisces.
An adaptation of William Hogarth’s final piece for the Times newspaper, I got this image of Saturn/Old Father Time tattooed on my right arm not fully aware of the iconography at the time. There is very little information that unveils the true symbolic meaning of this image and it’s especially complex because it was scribed by a Freemason and adept Occultist.
In a further twist of fate, unbenkown to me at the time, I was mysteriously guided towards getting the ink done by a Freemason that changed his name by deed poll to Mr X. The symbolism and connection to these not so synchronicities is just a glimpse into the bizarre reality I find myself in.
Here I am in 2024 defacing both Hogarths work and this deadly mark that has now become a permanent branding on my flesh but it’s now one that I own. Just like my art. The reclamation of the human soul is not only possible it’s mandatory in the Age of Aquarius.
The oldest wisdom ascends the human soul, this cannot ever be unwritten for it dwells in our blood and spirit which is an eternal bond between flesh and the divine.
In Hogarth’s projection, the original image depicts Old Father Time collapsed in a heap after wreaking chaos and havoc on the World. This is manifested by the burning globe on the broken pub sign, The Worlds Inn. Uncannily the same name as the pub my Irish Grandfather and Grandmother ran in Chelsea South East London. The World’s End was notorious amongst many villians and freemasons because they often work together.
There is a beautiful connection between the legal system and Saturn, the twin dead star of our Sun that is eclipsed in the image. For Saturn is Satan, the Christian and Roman depiction of the planet God copied from the Grecians who named him Cronus and in turn like a wheel of fortune X the Egyptian God Seth, all four deities evolving to mean the same dark opposing force of light. In Hogarths picture Apollo is carted off by a three headed beast riding a chariot that has been used in every babylonian and polytheistic religion throughout recorded history.
Cronus depicted with his scythe the X symbolised by the hour glass, Old Father Time is the reaper of souls, the father who swallowed his children and castrated his father/creator to take power. Old Father Time exhales his last breath from the broken opium pipe, breaking the spell of self medication.
Hogarth predicted that the end of Saturn might coincide with the End of the Age of Pisces. The broken church bell no longer able to draw a congregation of souls to partake in rituals that enslave a human soul. The broken church tower no longer a dogmatic chain to the flesh.
